Trainee Management TMDP

Training and development of staff to key to the employment culture within Trigon Hotels and this Trainee Management Development Programme (TMDP) is proving to be a vital element for staff growth and development across our three group hotels including our team at the Cork Airport Hotel. The programme which is offered to internal staff members within Trigon Hotels exposes people working within the company to all three hotels and to all departments.

It is holistic in its approach, encompassing classroom sessions with practical applications, peer to peer mentoring, psychometric reporting, guest speakers with cross business exposure, site visits to suppliers and networking with a nationally recognised organisation.

Our TMDP Programme at Trigon Hotels is the first of its kind in Ireland is proving to have extremely strong results for its participants at one of the country’s top hotel groups. We are the first hotel company in Ireland to offer an accredited City & Guilds programme for trainee managers and is an 18-month programme.
