On Boarding

All new team members are given induction within the first two weeks of commencement of employment. Induction is carried out by our Human Resources department and members of our senior team would also attend on the day. Our induction covers the history of the group, introduction to the teams, our values, our culture of passionate pursuit of perfection, which enables our new team members to be familiar with everything we do.

Prior to Induction all team members are issued with online training ensuring they have the necessary skills and are fully compliant and confident for their new roles
