We always try and accommodate every dietary requirement of our guests. Make sure to let your server know of your dietary requirements so we can accommodate you.
Let us know in advance of your stay and we can tailor some dishes for you to be coeliac/ vegetarian/ vegan friendly, lactose free etc.
Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying in your hotel?
Can I also book breakfast online?
Breakfast is included in some of our online packages. For packages where breakfast in not included you can add it on at check in for an additional €10.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in our restaurant Olivo from 6:30am to 10am on weekdays and 6:30am to 10:30am on weekends.
A grab and go breakfast is available for guests leaving for an early flight

What forms of payments are accepted?
Upon arrival at the hotel you will be asked for your credit card details and a pre authorization will be placed upon the card, this will be released within 48 hours. The full cost of your nights stay will be taken from you at this point. In additional to paying with debit card a deposit of €100 will be taken and held until you are ready to depart the hotel.
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in bedrooms and will incur a €100 charge. Smoking is permitted outside the hotel.
What is Check in/Check Out time?
Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 12pm.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
All reservations made through third party websites can only be changed by contacting the website in question.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
We have secure on site parking. Parking is free for overnight guest and restaurant customers. For non-residents we offer parking for €4 per day. We also have a range of stay, park and fly packages at very competitive prices

We are located only 10 minutes from Cork City Centre.
Do you offer free shuttle service to and from the airport?
The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle to and from the terminal, allowing guests to catch a flight with ease. These operate at 30 minute intervals.
